Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Siyah Enterprise account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
